Reservations

Phone reservations are highly encouraged for the evenings during peak season in June, July and August.

Please call to talk with our host/hostess or leave a message so we can call you back. We DO NOT have online reservations or use Google Assist, so please call us. We are “old fashioned” and want to talk to you in person! Parties larger than 6 people or that require special assistance should make a reservation to be properly accommodated. See you in 2024…

Please note: We offer guests a fifteen-minute grace period to hold a reservation before giving a table to other guests. If you are running late please call us at (207) 529-2600 to let us know. Thank you!

Seating Areas

There are 4 areas to sit at The Anchor and 3 available for reservations. All tables and chairs are sanitized between each party. We have less tables than we used to so reservations are encouraged as well as a two hour time frame per table so other guests may come and enjoy the view & food. Thank you for your understanding and continuing support!

The Screened-in Porch

The screened-in porch is subject to the elements, whether it is the cool ocean breeze or the crisp ocean air. Dress and plan accordingly.

The Dining Room

Same view as the porch, protected from the elements.

  • Large Bayview windows overlook the harbor.

  • The room has heat and/or AC depending on the season.

  • Limited seating inside but it can be reserved for larger families and parties of 8 to 14 people

 
 

The Outside Deck

  • First come/first serve

  • It is a great place to sit outside by the lawn

  • The mosquitos can be intense at times during the summer

The Bar

The bar is generally first come first serve but there are a couple tables that can be reserved in the bar area.
